Cousteau Creative was started by Holly Dugan Wheeler, a Brooklyn based designer, who has a passion for Art, Architecture, and Interiors.  She has a B.A. in Interior Design from University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a minor in Architecture.  She is skilled in hand sketching, painting, space planning, window treatments, and FF&E.
